I´m not sure if I understood you correctly, but the problem I have , is that when my post is a bit longer (with or without quotes), the line I am writing suddenly wants to hide below, and I cannot see what I am writing anymore.... I have to scroll the post down and somehow try to catch the right place , if I have a correction to make or something. The whole post jumps up, in a way..

Is this what you were talking about?

No i see that only if you post on something thats been quoted alot ..
the issue now is when you click on an area to post a reply or quote your writing starts somewhere other then where you started

Another problem about posting.

I can logon. But I cannot post. I don't see the buttons to "reply" or "quote". I don't see in my avatar or other people's avatar if they are online. So I also don't see myself "online" while I'm online.

It's not related to the PC, I tried other PC as well. I also tried both IE and Firefox. I tried deleting temp files and cookies several times. I tried shutting down the PC, running around the house 3 times, and starting the PC again. I tried deleting my forum cookies. I tried hitting the PC with a 2 kg hammer.
None of these methods, that usually work, have helped here.

Finally today I had the idea of changing the email adress in my profile, so that my account had to be "re-activated" and see, it works again, I can post and quote. But when I logout and logon again, it's again the same problem. To be able to write this post, I changed my password.

So it looks like my account has to be "updated" every time after I logged out or I can't post anymore...
I already sent some PM to the webmaster but no reply so far.
Is there anybody there who has other tips?

I can logon. I cannot post. I don't see the buttons too. I see the others online and I see myself online.
I can't write posts.

Have the same problems like Lennu and Hans. I just can log in on IE, not on Firefox or Google Chrome. Deleted cookies and made a lot of them yesterday.... yummy :P

This happens frequently to me too , Lenita . I use to divide the text and post in 2 times.

I also have this "problem"; As far as I remember, since the beginning of times, with any post that is "too long" no matter how it is composed.
When I want to write a long post (like for a review) I first write it in a text editor like notepad to overcome this.

Not sure if everyone else has this problem. Every time I post something to this website, some former dictator, king/queen or nigerian oil man with supposed USD10m locked away in some vault in their home country sends me an email begging for my bank account to help them finally take their just funds out of the country. No joke. This site is not the most secure in the world, but at least they are harmless emails. I would hope Scorps fans are smart enough not to believe these emails. Ears still ringing from Jones Beach last night! Thanks again for the amazing show guys! Best, Mike
