what scale is used in the sails of charon????

Mostly B Phrygian.

Yes, but it depends how you look at it. Every mode of the diatonic scale (ionian, dorian, phrygian, lydian, aeolian, mixolydian and locrian) have the same notes. But depending on the background where they are being put you could decide what they are ... For example, if you play the C ionian mode over a C chord it would be ... well C ionian and if you play the same notes (C ionian over D) it would be D dorian ... over E - E Phrygian ... etc.
