Hi Elton,

that has nothing to do with gentleman, you're italian. It is always hard for us german men when someone from your country is around.
It was the biggest fault to let your countrymen in our land in the 60s. You took all our women and we all had had to change our lifestyle. All of a sudden we had to wash ourselves more than once a week and the women noticed a beer jelly doesn't come from the genes or is simply a matter of nature. And we also couldn't tell our wifes anymore that it is already written in the bible that you have to wear jogging trousers, undershirt and slippers the whole weekend.

We flew in from Leeds in England, to this great gig, wish I had come on this forum earlier and maybe met up with a few of you guys, We had a great time anyway and as always found some like minded friends to talk to before and after in the Sailor pub just round the corner. I can say that I am very happy for you all for the amazing show and for your personal meetings each other.
You all are great people, there are some of you whom I know in person and love you so much, but I love you all my online friends too, who were there, so I know that I would have spent an unforgettable after noon and night with you, if I had been there also.

Vladimir, I especially enjoyed your review, and I must admit that I am the happyest one because of you, and your opportunity to have that wonderful day, because you never had had a chance to see the Scorps in West-Europe before.
I red with a big smile on my face that you could meet Uli in person.
Believe me, perhaps it was the biggest pleasure for me, because I know that you also are as so big Uli fan as I am, so I am happy that you had some times to talk and to be in a pic together.
I wish I also met you in person finally one day my nice Uqrainian fell of Foser.

Hey guys! I just yesterday arrived from Germany. I was really pleased to see all fans in Gruga.Huge thnks for Hans and Vova for their reviews and fotos and video. I`m glad of meeting with you. Especially hello for fans from Australia-Sean and his wife. It was the one of the greatest nights for me. So `my head explodes and my ears ring` (till this time)but I REMEMBER where I`ve been I hope to see you all again

Now my review,part 1!
We arrived in Essen around 12.30,first had a lunch at KFC,passing the Grugga Halle and went to the hotel,we arrived there just around 14.45.We checked in ,went to our room.my wife and the youngest son also joined ,but they stayed at the hotel,still to young for a concert.Just over 15.00 we went downstairs,i was passing a guy wearing a MJ Guitar T-shirt,started talking to him,and asking,by the way,they are not staying here?He told ,yes sure! They should come downstairs by min,...and right 5 min later Matthias was arriving,but he immediately went to someone who was waiting for him!Around 5 min later Rudolf arrived,a quick picture and he left.Then i was talking to Michael the tourmanager,and Peter Amend almost kicked us out the hotel,we told we were guest who's got a room,then he left...

A short while later Pawel and James arrived at the same time,i went straight to James,because he's the only one who i didn't meet before,a signature and a picture,the first one didn't work,pity because it was such a wild one with my son!Someone took another one,and James proposed by himself to sign my sons t-shirt.We still looked or James,but he was already gone.Then suddenly Matthias saw us,he was still the whole time there,he came to us and told Hello Belgium,he still recognized us,he even was asking where was my youngest son.Another picture and a few signatures and he got to leave,time for the soundcheck,Klaus still should come later,...I guess more then 20 min later he arriived downstairs,i went up to him,told we're from Belgium,he was asking how my son was doing, goed he was aswering. Pictures ,signaturesIt was alreday making my day!Then we went also outside leaving to go to the Grugahalle...More to be continued...

sorry i written now for little late because i ve been back to my own stress olddays!The time is be wear to fast!But i have all seen here pictures and reading reviews its more than really awesome!I have written also in the guestbook but here im must after that crazy two rock n roll days my statement it was also without you my best time in my life with our Scorpions!Special Greetings here to also who know me and special greetings and was plesure to meet you Delphine,Jürgen Zenner,Uschi Irmen,Christina Siekmann,Petra,Karin,Sarah Bittner,the rocker,Metal Mike,Vladimier from Ukraine,Salvatore&Jasmin,Gunni and Everyone who i forget!

Thanks Lennu! I tried to do my best. But sometimes the guy who stood near to me rocked so hard that my camera shaked. So there are many pictures which are bad. But for all of you I chose the best pics!!! So please enjoy them!

I must say that it´s very strange to see Scorpions show with sitting people... no jumping fans in front rows... It was very hard for me…

Basel will be sit as well but without orchestra
I don't know how I will do, I can't stay sit for Scorpions !! In Stuttgart 2002, it was a show with orchestra too ..... I finisned stand up on my seat
Most of swiss people don't move and so few fans will be there, I fear for this show.

After the concert I saw Wolfgang Dziony passing by, but somehow I was not fast enough to ask him for an autograph or a photo. My ears were still ringing.
