I am very unhappy with the merchandising company you are currently using. I signed up and ordered several items for a birthday on january 18th,2013 and have yet to see anything. I had to pay a 50% increase because it was american money and additional fee because I was charged a conversion fee. I have contacted your company several times regarding my items and have heard nothing back from them. I contacted my postal office and everything. Needless to say my birthday gifts that I purchased never came and I am out a bit of money.

We are sorry to hear that you've not received your order we have checked our system but have no record of any order being placed.
