Hi All, it was so wonderful to meet the ones of you who were at Oberhausen and also Munich Fan Meeting, MJ Guitars and the Munich Concert. It was quite an adventure for Joanne and Susan and I traveling together, navigating trains, hauling luggage and deciphering different languages...but all so very worth it!!

I can only say that I found the Scorpions to be different and more relaxed and engaging than I have seen them in American concerts, Munich was more intense than Oberhausen of course. I think what was most endearing to me was seeing the fans at MJ Guitar store the day after we had all met at The Hard Rock Cafe. It gave some more time to sink in and digest a little more the differences between us but also what we a have in common, our appreciation for the scorpions!!...and Salvatore's singing and the air guitar playing was very entertaining!!

My main impression was that we know of them, but they do no know of us so much. but what the band knows about the fans is that we are connected by their being able to express for us things we both know to be true about love, life, humanity. SO they appreciate us, and it came through with the sentimental "Best is Yet to Come" and "No One Like You" which was also an appreciation song to the fans. and Klaus did dedicate "We'll Burn the Sky" by special request from F.O.S. Friends..there was a general feeling of the message that life continues on and there is something eternal is all of us and the connection we have, so not to be sad..but to just enjoy.

We sang Scorpssongs together, and hey friends, we had a spontanous Scorpsshow, giving by my two, crazy, adorable hungarian friends: Luky, and Nagyi, + the other crazy foser, Salvatore.
It was superb-funny.
They imitated the main gestures, and moving of the band on the stage, imitated guitaring, etc, also, Salvatore was Klaus, as a perfect vocalist.
Finally they did the piramid, too.
I can say, they had a gigant success.

THIS SOUNDS SOOO EXCITING!

Okay friends, here I am with some sentences about the show.
Before the show, I don't want to forget to share an important inpression with you:

At the evening of the Fos-meeting, we met Marcel Schenker in front of the Hrc.
Marcel dearheart, thank you for coming straight to me, and gave me, and my friends so warm, friendly handshakes.
You are an absolute classy, simple one, just we all are, not as a spoiled son of a rockstar.
You are a great guy, really.

I was lucky to stand in the first row at the show,between Nadia, and my hungarian friend, Ildikó Mérai.
It was a pleasure of talking with you Nadia sweetie, enjoyed the time with you.
Curry, Adry, Joanne, and our american girls were standing not too far from me evenif not next to me.
Joanne dear, forgive me not to stand next to you, but Ildi insisted on her place so much, didn't want to takeplace.

The supportive band hit the stage around 8 pm.
To be honest, their music isn't really my taste, but it is just my opinion.

The Scorpsshow was simply unforgettable, gigant.
I was surprised by the piro.
I must tel you all that I percept light with my left eye, so I saw the strong lights, felt the heat on my face time by time, and hey, sometimes I almost jumped outoff my skinn because of the sudden loud explodings.

Scorps, you were playing with an incredible energy, Klaus, you were in a perfect shape, your voice was absolutely strong, clear, amazing.
It was a huge show with some big fav songs:
We'll burn the sky, Loving you sunday morning, Noone like you, When the smoke, Raised, Best is yet to come, Coast to coast, etc, etc.
I adored the the MJ solo, and Kottakattack, too.
And, I felt in the seventh Heaven because of our special communication with Klaus.
Klaus, evenif we couldn't meet now, you took my presence in the first row, and thank you for your special kisses, and the plec.
It's incredible how you always care me.
It was amazing to sing, and clap together, to enjoy the fantastic performance.
Unfortunately, time was flying too fast, so the show ended, but I was delighted about Klaus' sentences about Final tour.

Scorpions, thank you for this amazing experience again.
I felt your power, energies again, and your passion, and love of playing.

Marcel, thank you for your dirrect invitation to the hotel.
We could be there, because we had a very long trip home by car the next morning.

Ben, thank you for your special gift,

Michael, thank you for your help, as you always do for us.

Fosers, it was so good to spend two brilliant nights with you all.

Thanks Gabi! I`ve told you everything on skype, but..again.. you are amazing!

So, here are some of my impressions..

I part:

Well, where should I start from? May be with this ...that right after I returned from Brussels, I`ve started planning Munich show. If you now open Brussels topic, you can all see how the last pages are filled with plans for Munich but not with Brussels impressions. It was too good to be true, but after all: MAKE IT REAL, not fantasy! I did it!

Munich is a beautiful city, even though I didn`t have much time to explore it! Well, next time I`ll try (cause I`m sure there will be a next time - either for a show, or just for a MJ Guitars visit). Speaking of MJ Guitars, it was my first time there and I liked the shop. Took some pictures, met friends, saw Matthias, even from a distance. Unfortunately, couldn`t take picture with him. There were too much people and I was in hurry in order to be earlier in front of the gates and save a good spot in the front row later. But Matthias seemed relaxed and very friendly to everyone. He such a nice guy

I`ll focus most on the meeting in the HRC. First of all, thanks for the great idea, J! When you came out with it I was so enthusiastic cause I knew you can do it (watching how good you are managing with the Birthday videos and so). I had a booked flight from Dusseldorf to Munich, but I should have arrived at 22:30, which meant that I am missing the gathering... NO WAY! Thanks to Delphine, I made (the fan meeting) real too! We were traveling by her car, talking about Scorps and listening to nice classics!

I don`t know exactly when I arrived in HRC, but it was surely much before the others, cause I knew there were a lot to help! So, entering the private room I saw not only my good friends, some of them I meet for a first time, but two HUGE suitcases, full of presents! Poor J - one of them was 28 kilos, the other 22 kilos.. taking them all the way from Canada through Holland and finally Germany.. YOU ARE A HERO!

We`ve started arranging some stuff, helping as we can. We really run out of time, so we couldn`t go to the other pub opposite ot HRC (I always forget its name, sorry). But the other FOSers were there, having a traditional german dinner and a delicious beer!

It was so cool to understand that so many people gave some stuff for the giftbags - we, FANS UNITED! But most of the things were Joanne`s and she did more than great job: so much stuff, all of them scorpionized... Bow to you lady..

People started coming one by one. Unfortunately, the private room was too little and HRC haven`t saved tables for the coming FOSers (one minus for them/HRC!) in the others rooms. So, it became a kind of messy. But on the other hand, seeing so many people, you know, either from forum, or facebook, or concerts is.. PRICELESS! Couldn`t speak to all of you that much, but even a quick greet or picture was enough to warm my heart up...

note: do not pay me attention when i`m hungry... (angel face).... i am a bad, grumpy ass then..

Best part, for me, was the mini-concert we got. Hungarian FOS air-guitar masters and an Italian vocal - I was amazed! Such an energy, such a magnetism! You guys rocked, really! Bow to you too!

Giftbags, pictures, wonderful lottery with amazing presents and a pre-show by FOSers! What more can I say?

Now to the most important (for me) part:

JOANNE, DELPHINE... Thanks you girls! You are more than amazing! You are that real die-hards, every band wants to have! You did a great job, making great plans, coming up with awesome ideas and made them all real!

Everyone, fans, Scorpions, please, read this: these two girls didn`t stop working all night/party long just for our great time and fun! They couldn`t eat, they couldn`t drink, they couldn`t chat normally with the other fans... They were charged 'cause of the well-done job, but they seemed exhausted too - standing on feet, pleasing everyone, explaining, doing lottery tickets, doing lottery, giving giftbags, being kind and patient to answer everyone`s questions.. Of course, I don`t want to miss Susan and Beth, you too were an important part of the whole machine, but the engines above just amused me with their energy, with their devotion and for their strong wish to make a NIGHT TO REMEMBER for everyone! And THEY DID IT! I hope, somehow, someday, they`ll receive their credits from the band, even though I am more than sure it`s not that the reason they made the convention! It was "from the fans to the fans".

Ok guys here's mine:

1st day: I woke up in the early morning and I took the first ship to Napleas,once arrived here I took the bus to airport and here I waited for my flight. I landed in Munich around 14:00 and I took the train for the center of the city and I went directely to the hotel which was very close to Karlsplatz. After a warm shower I had a dinner in an italian restaurant and came back to the hotel again


2nd day: after a good breakfast I met Nadia and his husband Andrey,we toured togheter the center of Munich visiting Marienplatz which was full of wonderful Christmas markets,here I bought some souvenir for my friends..around 13:00 we had a heavy launch at Paulaner restaurant based on mixed meat,potatoes,sauerkraut,etc..and,of course, many good german beers then we came back to the hotel very tired but very satisfied In the later afternoon I finally met Adriano (who was just arrived from Oberhausen) and we went to the HRC where we met Joanne,and here we had a special surprise: we met Hermann Rarebell the ex "drum machine" he had an interview with some F.O.S,personally (even tough I didn't talk with him) I had a good good impression,Hermann was always smiling with everyone ,he wished us a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.. Later many F.O.S (others were helping Joanne)went to eat and to drink to Haufbramaus restaurant( a very very huge restaurant!!) and finally we had the wonderful meeting planned around 20:00.
I don't have words strong enough to describe what I felt that night,meet fans from all over the world was amazing and thrilling,the location for this event was totally perfect,Joanne gave us the giftbags with a lot of wonderful stuff about our heroes,Joanne you did a great and hard job!You had to bring the heavy suitcases from Canada to Holland and from Holland to Germany...you are a REAL HARD DIE FAN during the meeting Joanne and Delphine "fished" the lucky numbers for the lottery and the french fans won a lot of gifts (recently they are very very lucky about Scorps world ) One of the best part was when Salvatore,Luky and another hungarian friend did a great perfomance "playing" the classic hits of the Scorpions,the show was sold out I really breathed the pure essence of the rock

3rd day: I met first Adriano then we waited for Curry,"hooligan" Viktor ,and Nadia,we all went to MJ store,it was already full of fans when we arrived here,just few minutes and Matthias came,he signed a lot of autographs always smiling to everyone,unfortunately I couldn't take any picture with him
We left the shop around 14:00 and we went to the Olympiahalle,when we arrived there I was surprised because few people were waiting outside,mostly french(again ) I had a nice talk with Emilie and Diego about this Farewell Tour,and and its bad points,but at the end we said: anyway we love and support the band,that's why we are here We waited for about 3 hours then the security opened the doors and we ran fast trying to be in first row but my beer belly was still too full and I took the second row,a good one anyway

Eissbrecher opened the show,they were similar to Rammstein,so they played a kind of new-metal,personally I didn't like them,they were too loud,music means melody,this my personal thought,but they heated the atmosphere...

Bang bang rock with the gang,bang bang rock with gang...ladies and gentlemen,children of all ages....our heros came on stage with same energy(just think about the age of Klaus and Rudy ),you know everything about the setlist,but once agan,they surprised me because I had the pleasure to hear a real PEARL of rock,WE'LL BURN THE SKY,one of the best songs they ever written, the second surprise was IS ANY ANBODY THERE?,even though I don't go crazy for it,but it was pleasure hear a killer song like HIT BETWEEN THE EYES,played very loud! A touching moment of the show was when Klaus dedicated SEND ME AN ANGEL to the families of the Connecticut,hit by a horrible tragedy a week ago....Klaus you are a sensible man!!!!!
Once again,like thousand times,they played a perfect show,the whole band was in good mood,Rudolf jumped on the stage several times,Matthias played killer solos,James rocked,(there was any doubt about it ?Pawel did his honest part,and Klaus? Rivers of words have been written about his wonderful voice,how can a man of 65 years old sing so well? He was raised on rock In Italy we say "la classe non è acqua"=class will out!!!!!!!!!

After the show many of us reached the hotel where our heroes stayed,hoping to meet someone of them but we saw just Rudy for few seconds,he took a pic with Salvatore,if I remember well,then we saw also Klaus with her wife Gabi but they quickly ran to the elevator so we couldn't talk with him...so the night was over,we were all tired but very very happy....


I would like to thank everybody for these wonderful days I spent in Munich,a special thank goes to Jaonne and Delphine (you kick ass !!!!) I really hope to meet you all again on the road on 2013!

II part:

We got into the venue (here I have to thank Joanne and a very special man, he knows if he reads, but I won`t mention names! Thanks again from the bottom of my heart). Very front T-catwalk row seemed to be filled mostly with FOS friends - Hungarian FOS, Nadia, Adry, Irene, Joanne, Susan, Haley,Beth... But we missed a vital part of us - Delphine She was behind us, not feeling very welll... but I do believe destiny/carma or whatever that is called, will return her the missed time... I pray for it! She deserved more than the best.. Sorry again, my friend!

Show was very nice, but it turned out to be even nicer with all of the FOS signs allover. Joanne`s ideas were really great - ballons with the logo, pink and red hearts, special FOS flag...

We missed Nada a lot, but her spirit was with us! She was singing along with the FOS "We`ll burn the sky" and "Send me an angel". I could feel her presence.. Her flag was in front, with us, too...

Pity, not all of the people with scarves, were next to each other, so the scarf-effect was not that good, as planned, but anyway...

We got 2 songs for us, as I was told, cause I do not understand a word in German..ahh..Even Klaus mentioned some countries as Italy, Spain, UK and so emphasied on RUSSIAAA (Nadia, girlllllll). He took a lot of flags on stage and hey... during Coast to coast, he kissed strongly and throw the plec to Gabiii (hey, lucky girll you tooo...). So, I guess and hope, he recognised some FOS friends ... great!

Bow for goodbye, but they hinted that they are still not over. We know, the best is yet to come!

All the presents I got! My dear FOS friends, you are unique! I got home with an extra bag, full of surprises! Thanks all of you, who didn`t forget my event, greeted me and made me feel so special!!! Wow, even Marcel, Rudy`s son, wished me "Happy Birthday" after the show.. can you imagine!? Such a cool, positive and smiling guy!
